Movement Re-patterning
Gentle yet potent hands-on one-to-one sessions are shaped around how you move today.
You’ll rest comfortably — sitting or lying, fully clothed — while subtle movement and skilful, non-invasive touch offer your body new information.
Attention is gently drawn to areas that may have been working too hard or left out of the movement conversation altogether.
As awareness improves, posture and movement often begin to change on their own, with less effort and more internal support.

Movement Re-patterning
Verbally Guided (non hands-on) 1:1 Hanna Somatics Sessions.
These one-to-one sessions are guided primarily through clear, gentle verbal cues, supporting you to sense and move from within.
You’ll be invited into slow, comfortable movements that help retrain your nervous system, release habitual muscle tension, and restore ease of movement.
Sessions are tailored to your needs and take place in a calm, supportive setting, allowing you to build lasting awareness and self-regulation you can carry into daily life.
