Reconnect with your body and move more easily. Somatic Movement is a calm, mindful practice grounded in nervous-system-based awareness. Instead of doing movements perfectly, you’ll learn how to sense patterns and how your body actually wants to move — with less effort, more ease, and greater comfort.
